In 2004, the Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances expressed its concern on the case of a foreigner who had reportedly lived in France for more than seven years and had allegedly asked for the regularization of his status.

5. In 2011, the Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances expressed concern at the lack of progress towards the adoption of a bill on declarations of presumed death in cases of enforced disappearance.
5- وفي عام 2011، أعرب الفريق العامل المعني بحالات الاختفاء القسري أو غير الطوعي عن قلقه إزاء عدم إحراز تقدم في اعتماد مشروع القانون المتعلق بالتصريح عن الوفيات المفترضة في حالات الاختفاء القسري(15).

The members of the Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances expressed their deep gratitude for the support given by the Government to ensure the success of the visit. Ibid., para. 9.

The Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances expressed its concern about that reform of the Constitution, under which the authorities would be given the power to waive criminal prosecution or suspend the enforcement of a sentence in cases of grave human rights violations, crimes against humanity and war crimes.
