٣ - تدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى تزويد مفوض الأمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق الإنسان بالمعلومات عما يُتخذ من مبادرات لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان للأشخاص المصابين بالمهق، بما في ذلك الجهود الرامية إلى زيادة الوعي بحالة حقوق الإنسان للأشخاص المصابين بالمهق وفهم المهق؛

2. Invites Member States to provide the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights with information on the initiatives taken to promote and protect the human rights of persons with albinism, including efforts to increase awareness of the human rights situation of persons with albinism and understanding of albinism;
2- يدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى تزويد مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان بمعلومات عن المبادرات المتخذة من أجل تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان للأشخاص المصابين بالمَهَق، بما في ذلك الجهود الرامية إلى زيادة الوعي بحالة حقوق الإنسان للأشخاص المصابين بالمَهَق وفهم طبيعة المَهَق؛

3. Further invites Member States to provide the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights with information on the initiatives taken to promote and protect the human rights of persons with albinism, including efforts to increase awareness of the human rights situation of persons with albinism and understanding of albinism;
٣ - تدعو كذلك الدول الأعضاء إلى تزويد مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان بمعلومات عن المبادرات المتخذة من أجل تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان للأشخاص المصابين بالمهق، بما في ذلك الجهود الرامية إلى زيادة الوعي بحالة حقوق الإنسان للأشخاص المصابين بالمهق وفهم المهق؛

The delegations of reporting States parties should comprise persons who possess the knowledge, competence and authority to explain all aspects of the human rights situation of persons with disabilities in the reporting State, as well as respond to the Committee's questions and comments concerning the implementation of the Convention.
12- تضم وفود الدول الأطراف المقدمة للتقارير أشخاصاً تتوفر لديهم المعرفة والكفاءة والسلطة لتوضيح جميع الجوانب المتعلقة بحالة حقوق الإنسان للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الدولة المقدمة للتقرير، وللرد على أسئلة اللجنة وتعليقاتها المتعلقة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية.

62. At its fourteenth session, the Advisory Committee will have before it the report on the study on the situation of human rights of persons living with albinism (A/HRC/28/75), to be submitted to the Human Rights Council at its twenty-eighth session.
62- وسيُعرض على اللجنة الاستشارية، في دورتها الرابعة عشرة، التقرير الذي أُعد عن الدراسة المتعلقة بحالة حقوق الإنسان للأشخاص المصابين بالمهق (A/HRC/AC/28/75)، الذي سيُقدَّم إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في دورته الثامنة والعشرين.
