ينبغي على المراقب المالي أن يستعرض الإجراءات الحالية المتعلقة بحسابات القبض المشطوبة على ضوء الخبرة المكتسبة في تحصيل المبالغ المستحقة بغية التأكد من تجنب ما يترتب على جهود التحصيل غير الفعالة في المستقبل من تكاليف إضافية ووقف إضافي (AP1999/78/4/06).
