4. The Committee notes that some of the countries in which Ecuadorian migrant workers are employed are not yet parties to the Convention, which may constitute an obstacle to enjoyment of their rights under the Convention.

The Committee recommends that the State party clarify the notion of " historically marginalized groups " which appears in the State party's report, so as to enable the members of the Batwa community, among others, to fully enjoy their rights under the Convention.
توصي اللجنة بأن توضح الدولة الطرف مفهوم " الجماعات المهمشة تاريخياً " الوارد في تقرير الدولة الطرف لكي تسمح، من بين أمور أخرى، لأفراد أقلية الباتوا بالتمتع الكامل بحقوقهم بموجب الاتفاقية.

3. The Committee notes that several countries where large numbers of Rwandan migrant workers are employed are not yet parties to the Convention, which makes it difficult for these workers to exercise their rights under the Convention.
3- وتلاحظ اللجنة أن عدة بلدان يعمل فيها عدد كبير من العمال المهاجرين الروانديين لم تصبح بعد أطرافاً في الاتفاقية مما يشكل عائقاً أمام تمتع هؤلاء العمال بحقوقهم بموجب الاتفاقية.

The Committee also urges the State party to take urgent measures to ensure that children above 15 years who are deprived of a family environment fully enjoy their rights under the Convention and are provided with necessary care, protection, housing and support, including financial support.
كما تحثّها على اتخاذ تدابير عاجلة لضمان تمتع الأطفال الذين تتجاوز أعمارهم 15 سنة، والمحرومين من البيئة الأسرية، تمتعاً كاملاً بحقوقهم بموجب الاتفاقية وتزويدهم بما يلزم من الرعاية والحماية والسكن والدعم، بما في ذلك الدعم المالي.

249. The Committee regrets that the State party has not provided sufficient information on the Roma population in Denmark, nor on the enjoyment of their rights under the Convention (arts. 2 and 5).
