1. States Parties shall give effect to fines or forfeitures ordered by the Court under Part 7, without prejudice to the rights of bona fide third parties, and in accordance with the procedure of their national law.

In that regard, article 17 establishes that: " Whenever the acts committed by the subjects of article 1 are covered by the provisions of articles 13, 14 and 15, they will be void ab initio, without prejudice to the rights of bona fide third parties.
