Therefore, it is of utmost importance that States ensure that those responsible for crimes with racist or xenophobic motivation are prosecuted and adequately sanctioned.

(أ) إجراء تحقيق شامل وفوري ونزيه في أي عمل من أعمال العنف أو أي جريمة ترتكب بدافع العنصرية أو التمييز العنصري أو كره الأجانب أو ما يتصل بذلك من تعصب؛

56. In its concluding observations on the report of the Czech Republic, the Committee recommended that the State party should ensure that racial motivated acts of violence against Roma are investigated.
