A. Staff members whose salary rates are set forth in schedule I of the present regulations shall be entitled to receive dependency allowances as follows:

(a) Project personnel in intermediate-term or in long-term status shall be entitled to receive dependency allowances at the rates provided in staff regulation 3.4 (a) (i) and (ii).

(أ) يحق لموظفي المشاريع المعيّنين لآجال متوسطة والمعيَّنين لآجال طويلة الحصول على بدلات إعالة بالمعدلات المنصوص عليها في البند 3/4 (أ) ' 1` و ' 2` من النظام الأساسي للموظفين.

Provision is also made for 499 local temporary assistance staff at an average rate of $180 per person per month for five months. As stated in paragraph 21 of annex IV, the latter group of staff is engaged under special service agreements and receives no entitlement for dependency allowances or pension, and so on.
لذلك رصد أيضا اعتماد لتغطية تكاليف ٠٠٤ من موظفي المساعدة المؤقتة المحليين بمعدل يبلغ في المتوسط ٠٨١ دولارا للشخص الواحد في الشهر لمدة ٥ أشهر، وكما ذكر في الفقرة ١٢ من المرفق الرابع، جرى التعاقد مع المجموعة اﻷخيرة من الموظفين بموجب اتفاقات خدمة خاصة ولذلك فإنه لا يحق لهم الحصول على بدلات إعالة أو معاشات تقاعدية وما إلى ذلك.

(a) Staff members whose salary rates are set forth in paragraphs 1 and 3 of annex I to the present Regulations shall be entitled to receive dependency allowances for a dependent child, for a disabled child and for a secondary dependant at rates approved by the General Assembly as follows:
(أ) يحق للموظفين المبينة مرتباتهم في الفقرتين 1 و 3 من المرفق الأول لهذا النظام الأساسي أن يحصلوا على بدلات إعالة عن الولد المعال وعن الولد المعوق وعن المعال من الدرجة الثانية حسب المعدلات التي أقرتها الجمعية العامة، على النحو التالي:

(d) Staff members whose salary rates are set by the Secretary-General under paragraph 5 or paragraph 6 of annex I to the present Regulations shall be entitled to receive dependency allowances at rates and under conditions determined by the Secretary-General, due regard being given to the circumstances in the locality in which the office is located;
(د) يحق للموظفين الذين يحدد الأمين العـــــام مرتباتهم بموجب الفقرة 5 أو الفقرة 6 من المرفق الأول لهذا النظام الأساسي أن يحصلوا على بدلات إعالة بمعدلات وشروط يحددها الأمين العام، مع إيلاء المراعاة الواجبة للظروف السائدة في موقع العمل؛
