The attention of the Commission is drawn to the Secretary-General's report on advisory services in the field of human rights, including the Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights (E/CN.4/1999/99), which contains detailed information regarding the activities undertaken in 1998 in the context of the United Nations programme of technical cooperation.
