2.1 The author is Bariza Zaier, born on 17 July 1964, in Skikda, Algeria.
2-1 صاحبة البلاغ هي بريزة زاير المولودة في 17 تموز/يوليه 1964 في سكيكدة (الجزائر).

1.1 The author of the communication, dated 10 December 2010, is Ms. Bariza Zaier. She claims that her husband, Rachid Sassene, is a victim of violations by Algeria of articles 2 (para. 3), 6 (para. 1), 7, 9, 10 (para. 1), 16 and 17 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
