17-1 لا يكون المتعاقد مسؤولا عن أي تأخير أو قصور، لا يمكن تفاديه بسبب قوة قاهرة في أداء أي من التزاماته بموجب هذا العقد.

The Party which cannot fulfil its obligations due to a Force Majeure event shall notify the other thereof and of the details of the Force Majeure event.
ويقوم الطرف الذي تعذر عليه الوفاء بالتزاماته بسبب قوة قاهرة بإشعار الطرف الآخر بذلك وبتفاصيل القوة القاهرة.

According to article 35 of the Code: " A person shall not be deemed to have committed a crime, if he committed a criminal act under pressure of physical coercion that he could not resist or in circumstances of force majeure.
20- تنص المادة 35 من قانون الجرائم والعقوبات على أنه: " لا يرتكب جريمة من وقع منه الفعل المكون لها تحت ضغط إكراه مادي يستحيل عليه مقاومته، أو بسبب قوة قاهرة.

٧١-١ لا يكون المتعاقد مسؤولا عن أي تأخير أو قصور، لا يمكن تفاديه بسبب قوة قاهرة في أداء أي من التزاماته بموجب هذا العقد.

16.1 Any failure by the Parties in the execution of any of the obligations under this Agreement that is due to a Force Majeure event shall not be considered a breach of the obligation.
16-1 لا يعتبر عدم تنفيذ الطرفين لأي من الالتزامات المنصوص عليها في هذا الاتفاق بسبب قوة قاهرة إخلالا بالالتزام.

According to article 35 of this Code: " A person shall not be deemed to have committed a crime, if he committed an act constituting a criminal offence under pressure of physical coercion that he was unable to resist or in circumstances of force majeure.
28- نصت المادة 35 من قانون الجرائم والعقوبات رقم 12 لسنة 1994 على أنه: " لا يرتكب جريمة من وقع منه الفعل المكون لها تحت ضغط إكراه مادي يستحيل عليه مقاومته، أو بسبب قوة قاهرة.
