12. Regarding children's right to know their parents' identity, a clause in chapter 12 of the law of February 1986 on adoption provided that, as soon as they considered it appropriate, the adoptive parents should inform the child that he or she had been adopted.
12- وقالت، فيما يتعلق بحق الطفل في معرفة هوية أهله، إن الباب 12 من القانون الصادر في شهر شباط/فبراير 1986 بشأن التبني ينص على أن يُبلّغ الأهل الطفل بأنه متبنى عندما يرون ضرورة ذلك.

856. In the light of article 21 of the Convention, the Committee strongly recommends that the State party enact legislation on adoption that is in conformity with the principles and provisions of the Convention.
٦٥٨ - وفي ضوء المادة ١٢ من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة بشدة الدولة الطرف بسن تشريع بشأن التبني يكون متطابقا مع مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية.
