Decide to review the implementation of this declaration, as well as of other documents adopted at the ministerial conferences on middle-income countries, in particular the " Windhoek Ministerial Declaration on development cooperation with middle-income countries " , during a further conference of middle-income countries in 2016 and welcome offers to host this Conference in 2016;
