This framework enabled the previous mandateholder, Abdelfattah Amor, to be actively involved in the organization of the International Consultative Conference on School Education in relation to Freedom of Religion or Belief, Tolerance and Nondiscrimination in 2001.
ومكن هذا الإطار المكلف بالولاية السابقة، السيد عبد الفتاح عمر، من المشاركة بنشاط في تنظيم المؤتمر الاستشاري الدولي بشأن التعليم المدرسي المتعلق بحرية الدين والمعتقد والتسامح وعدم التمييز في عام 2001.

In this regard, the 2001 Madrid Final Document on School Education in relation with Freedom of Religion and Belief, Tolerance and Non-discrimination offers important guidance for a desirable education of tolerance.
وفي هذا الصدد، تقدم وثيقة مدريد الختامية بشأن التعليم المدرسي وصلته بحرية الدين أو المعتقد والتسامح وعدم التمييز توجيهات مهمة بشأن التعليم المستحب لنشر التسامح.

With regard to prevention, an important step has been taken five years ago, when the Final Document of the International Consultative Conference on School Education in relation with Freedom of Religion and Belief, Tolerance and Non-discrimination was adopted in Madrid.

Last year, an International Consultative Conference on School Education in relation with Freedom of Religion and Belief, Tolerance and NonDiscrimination took place in Madrid from 23 to 25 November.
46- وفي العام الماضي، عقد في مدريد في الفترة من 23 إلى 25 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر مؤتمر استشاري دولي بشأن التعليم المدرسي وصلته بحرية الدين والعقيدة، والتسامح، وعدم التمييز.

To that effect, the final document of the International Consultative Conference on School Education in relation to Freedom of Religion or Belief, Tolerance and Non-discrimination included the strengthening of a nondiscriminatory perspective in education and of knowledge in relation to freedom of religion or belief at the appropriate levels as one of its objectives.
ولهذا الغرض، فإن الوثيقة الختامية للمؤتمر الاستشاري الدولي بشأن التعليم المدرسي فيما يتعلق بحرية الدين أو المعتقد والتسامح وعدم التمييز تتضمن، كأحد أهدافها، تعزيز منظور لا يقوم على التمييز في التعليم والمعارف فيما يتعلق بحرية الدين أو المعتقد على المستويات المناسبة.

The Madrid Conference on School Education in Relation with Freedom of Religion and Belief, Tolerance and Non-Discrimination has pointed out the need to tackle " school curricula, textbooks and teaching methods " .
وأشار مؤتمر مدريد المعقود بشأن التعليم المدرسي وصلته بحرية الدين والمعتقد، والتسامح وعدم التمييز، إلى الحاجة إلى معالجة " المناهج المدرسية والكتب المدرسية وأساليب التعليم " (63).

Members also participated in other activities sponsored by the Office, including the International Consultative Conference on School Education in relation to Freedom of Religion and Belief, Tolerance and Non-discrimination, held at Madrid from 23 to 25 November 2001.
وشارك هؤلاء الأعضاء أيضا في أنشطة أخرى برعاية المفوضية، ومنها المؤتمر الاستشاري الدولي بشأن التعليم المدرسي المتصل بحرية الدين والمعتقد والتسامح وعدم التمييز، المعقود في مدريد في الفترة من 23 إلى 25 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2001.

In particular, the Committee adopted a statement for submission to the International Consultative Conference on School Education in Relation with Freedom of Religion and Belief, Tolerance and Non-discrimination (Madrid, 23-25 November 2001).

Recalling the importance of the International Consultative Conference on School Education in Relation to Freedom of Religion or Belief, Tolerance and NonDiscrimination held in Madrid in November 2001, and continuing to invite Governments to give consideration to the Final Document adopted at the Conference,
وإذ تشير إلى أهمية المؤتمر الاستشاري الدولي بشأن التعليم المدرسي المتصل بحرية الدين والمعتقد والتسامح وعدم التمييز، الذي عقـد في مدريد في الفترة من 23 إلى 25 تشـرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2001، وإذ تواصل دعوة الحكومات إلى الاهتمام بالوثيقة الختامية المعتمدة في هذا المؤتمر،

In this respect, the Special Rapporteur wishes to draw the attention of the Greek Government to the final document of the International Consultative Conference on School Education in relation with Freedom of Religion and Belief, Tolerance and Non-discrimination, held in Madrid in November 2001, and particularly paragraphs 4 and 6.
52 - وفـي هذا الصدد، يود المقرر الخاص أن يلفت نظر الحكومة اليونانية إلى الوثيقة الختامية للمؤتمر الاستشاري الدولي بشأن التعليم المدرسي فيما يتعلق بحرية الدين أو المعتقد، والتسامح وعدم التمييز، الذي عُقد في مدريد، وبصـورة أخـص إلى الفقرتيـن 4 و 6 منه.
