For example, a regional conference on industrial development and economic cooperation in the region organized with the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs with participation from the private sector served as an excellent platform for UNIDO to reach out to entrepreneurs as the main actors and decision makers in a market-oriented economy.
