The above-mentioned handbook on identity-related crime is intended for use by legislators, policymakers, prosecutors and law enforcement authorities and practitioners, as well as other stakeholders (such as representatives of relevant international and intergovernmental organizations, the private sector and academia).
88- وقد أعدّ الدليل المذكور أعلاه بشأن الجرائم المتصلة بالهوية لكي يستخدمه المشرِّعون وصانعو السياسات والمدّعون العامون وسلطات إنفاذ القانون والممارسون، وكذلك أصحاب المصلحة (من قبيل ممثلي المنظمات الدولية والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية المعنية بالأمر والقطاع الخاص والأوساط الأكاديمية).

Identity-related crime With the support of UNODC, the core group of experts on identity-related crime, at its sixth meeting, in January 2013, agreed on an outline for model legislation on identity-related crime and a checklist of important elements in developing national strategies for the prevention, investigation, prosecution and punishment of identity-related crime.
75- بدعم من المكتب، وافق فريق الخبراء الأساسي المعني بالجرائم المتصلة بالهوية، في اجتماعه السادس المعقود في كانون الثاني/يناير 2013، على الخطوط العريضة لتشريع نموذجي بشأن الجرائم المتصلة بالهوية وقائمة مرجعية للعناصر الهامة لوضع الاستراتيجيات الوطنية لمنع الجرائم المتصلة بالهوية والتحري عنها وملاحقة مرتكبيها قضائياً ومعاقبتهم.

Pursuant to Economic and Social Council resolution 2007/20, UNODC launched a consultative platform on identity-related crime to bring together senior public sector representatives, business leaders, representatives of international and regional organizations and other stakeholders to pool experience, develop strategies, facilitate further research and agree on practical action against identity-related crime.
وعملا بقرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2007/20، استهل المكتب منهاج عمل تشاورياً بشأن الجرائم المتصلة بالهوية من أجل الجمع بين كبار ممثلي القطاع العام وقادة الأعمال التجارية وممثلي المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية وسائر أصحاب المصالح لتجميع الخبرات ووضع الاستراتيجيات وتيسير القيام بمزيد من البحث والاتفاق على إجراءات عملية لمكافحة الجرائم المتصلة بالهوية.
