Having established the text of the International Instrument of Cooperation on Jute and Jute Products, 2000, in English,
وقد وضع نص الصك الدولي للتعاون بشأن الجوت ومنتجات الجوت، 2000 باللغة الإنكليزية،

The first International Agreement on Jute and Jute Products had been concluded in 1982.
وقال إن أول اتفاق دولي بشأن الجوت ومنتجات الجوت قد عقد في عام 1982.

The Conference might want to consider other forms of cooperation on Jute and jute products that would encourage the participation of more countries than were attending the Conference.
ويمكن للمؤتمر أن ينظر في أشكال أخرى من التعاون بشأن الجوت ومنتجات الجوت من شأنها أن تشجع اشتراك مزيد من البلدان يفوق عدد الحاضرين في المؤتمر.

2. After this Instrument enters into force, amendments to it may be recommended, by special vote, by the Council, acting under the International Instrument of Cooperation on Jute and Jute Products, 2000, in accordance with the provisions of the Instrument.
2- يجوز للمجلس، بعد بدء نفاذ هذا الصك، أن يوصي، بتصويت خاص، بإدخال تعديلات عليه بموجب الصك الدولي للتعاون بشأن الجوت ومنتجات الجوت لعام 2000، وذلك طبقاً لأحكام هذا الصك.

3. Any State invited to the United Nations Conference on Jute and Jute Products, 2000 may become a party to the International Instrument of Cooperation on Jute and Jute Products, 2000, as amended, in accordance with the provisions of the Instrument.
3- يجوز لأي دولة دعيت إلى مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للجوت ومنتجات الجوت لعام 2000 أن تصبح طرفاً في الصك الدولي للتعاون بشأن الجوت ومنتجات الجوت لعام 2000 بصيغته المعدلة وذلك طبقاً لأحكام هذا الصك.

1. Requests the Secretary-General of the United Nations to establish the text of the International Instrument of Cooperation on Jute and Jute Products, 2000 in Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish;
1- يطلب إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أن يضع نص الصك الدولي للتعاون بشأن الجوت ومنتجات الجوت، 2000، باللغات الإسبانية، والروسية، والعربية، والصينية، والفرنسية؛

2. After this Instrument enters into force, amendments to it may be recommended, by special vote, by the Council, acting under the International Instrument of Cooperation on Jute and Jute Products, 2000, in accordance with the provisions of the Instrument.
2- يجـوز للمجلـس، بعد بدء نفـاذ هـذا الصـك، أن يوصي، بتصويت خاص، بإدخال تعديلات عليه بموجب الصك الدولي للتعاون بشأن الجوت ومنتجات الجوت لعام 2000، وذلك طبقاً لأحكام هذا الصك.

The Deputy Secretary General of UNCTAD expressed the hope that the Conference would make an important contribution to maintaining and further strengthening international cooperation on Jute and jute-related matters.
1- أعرب نائب الأمين العام لمؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية عن أمله في أن يسهم المؤتمر إسهاما كبيرا في صون وزيادة تعزيز التعاون الدولي بشأن الجوت والمسائل المتعلقة بالجوت.

To provide and improve statistics and market intelligence on Jute and jute-based products in consultation with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and other appropriate bodies;
(د) توفير وتحسين الإحصاءات واستخبارات السوق بشأن الجوت والمنتجات المرتكزة على الجوت بالتشاور مع منظمة الأمم المتحدة للأغذية والزراعة والـهيئات المناسبة الأخرى؛

3. Draws attention to the procedures available to Governments and to the intergovernmental organizations referred to in article 4 of the Instrument to become parties to the International Instrument of Cooperation on Jute and Jute Products, 2000, and invites them to deposit the appropriate instruments to this end.
3- يوجه النظر إلى الإجراءات المتاحة للحكومات والمنظمات الدولية الحكومية المشار إليها في المادة 4 من الصك لكي تصبح أطرافاً في الصك الدولي للتعاون بشأن الجوت ومنتجات الجوت 2000، ويدعوها إلى إيداع الصكوك الملائمة لهذا الغرض.

The present Conference represented the culmination of a series of meetings and consultations held within the framework of the International Jute Organization (IJO) in Dhaka, and those exchanges had led to broad recognition that there was a continued need for international cooperation on Jute.
2- وقال إن المؤتمر الحالي جاء تتويجا لسلسلة من الاجتماعات والمشاورات عقدت في إطار المنظمة الدولية للجوت في داكا، وإن هذه المبادلات قد أفضت إلى التسليم عموماً باستمرار الحاجة إلى تعاون دولي بشأن الجوت.

The Conference also took note of the draft provisions of the International Agreement/Instrument/Arrangement on Jute and Jute Products 2000 (TD/JUTE.3/L.3), representing the outcome of its work at its first session, and decided to forward the text to the new session in Dhaka.
19- وأحاط المؤتم علماً أيضا بمشروع أحكام الاتفاق/الصك/الترتيب الدولي بشأن الجوت ومنتجات الجوت لعام 2000 (TD/JUTE.3/L.3)، الذي يمثل ثمرة أعمال دورته الأولى، وقرر إحالة النص إلى الدورة الجديدة في دكا.
