128. The Russian Federation is a party to ILO Convention No. 87 of 1948 concerning Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize, and Convention No. 98 of 1949 concerning The Right to Organize and Collective Bargaining.

However, the United Arab Emirates has not ratified the fundamental International Labour Organization Conventions No. 87 (1948) concerning the Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organise and No. 98 (1949) concerning the Right to Organise and to Bargain Collectively.
