توجيهات بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئياً

At its first meeting, the Conference of the Parties, by decision SC-1/15, adopted guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technologies, which is set out in the annex to the decision.
2 - وفي اجتماعه الأول، اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف بموجب مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/15، توجيهات بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئياً، المبينة في مرفق هذا المقرر.

Review implementation of the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of technology;
(ﻫ) استعراض تنفيذ التوجيه بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا؛

1. Invites Parties, relevant international organizations and non-governmental organizations to provide information to the Secretariat on their experiences in implementing the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of technology adopted by the Conference of the Parties in decision SC1/15;
1 - يدعو الأطراف، والمنظمات الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية ذات الصلة إلى أن تقدم إلى الأمانة معلومات بشأن خبراتها في تنفيذ التوجيه بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في المقرر " اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/15 " ؛

Parties eligible to receive technical assistance pursuant to Article 12 of the Convention are encouraged to take into consideration the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technologies adopted by the Conference of the Parties in its decision SC-1/15.
وينبغي حض الأطراف المؤهلة لتلقي مساعدة تقنية طبقاً للمادة 12 من الاتفاقية على أن تضع في اعتبارها التوجيه بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئياً الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرره اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/15.

As of 31 December 2005, the Secretariat has not received any information from Parties or others regarding the application of the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technologies and has not been made aware of any issues that have arisen regarding their application.
4 - وحتى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2005، لم تكن الأمانة قد تلقت أية معلومات من الأطراف أو غيرها فيما يتعلق بتطبيق التوجيهات بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئياً، ولم تتم إحالتها علماً بأية قضايا قد نشأت فيما يتعلق بتطبيقها.

Parties eligible to receive technical assistance pursuant to Article 12 of the Convention are encouraged to take into consideration the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technologies adopted by the Conference of the Parties in its decision SC-1/15.
وتشجع الأطراف المؤهلة للحصول على مساعدة تقنية عملاً بالمادة 12 من الاتفاقية، على الأخذ في الاعتبار التوجيهات بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئياً المعتمدة من مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرره اتفاقية استكهولم 1/15.

Requests the Secretariat to submit a report, based on the information to be provided pursuant to paragraph 1 above and any other pertinent information, on progress in the application of the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technology;
2 - يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تقدم تقريراً بالاستناد إلى المعلومـات المقرر توفيرها عملاً بالفقرة 1 أعلاه وأي معلومات أخرى وثيقة الصلة بالموضوع، عن التقدم المحرز في تطبيق التوجيهات بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئياً؛

By its decision SC-1/15, the Conference of the Parties adopted the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technologies set forth in the annex to that decision and requested the Secretariat to report at each meeting of the Conference of the Parties on progress in the application of the guidance.
2 - اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب مقرره ا س - 1/15 التوجيه بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئيا المنصوص عليه في مرفق ذلك المقرر، وطلب إلى الأمانة أن تقدم تقريراً إلى كل اجتماع لمؤتمر الأطراف بشأن التقدم المحقق في تطبيق التوجيه.

Encourages parties and relevant international and non-governmental organizations, including regional centres, to provide to the Secretariat by 31 May 2014 information on their experiences in implementing the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of sound technologies set out in the annex to decision SC-1/15;
4 - يستحث الأطراف والمنظمات الدولية وغير الحكومية الوثيقة الصلة، بما في ذلك المراكز الإقليمية، على أن تزود الأمانة قبل 31 أيار/مايو 2014، بمعلومات عن خبراتها في تنفيذ التوجيه بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئياً المنصوص عليه في مرفق المقرر ا س - 1/15؛

At its first meeting, the Conference of the Parties of the Stockholm Convention adopted the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technologies set forth in the annex to decision SC-1/15 and requested the Secretariat to report on progress in the application of the guidance at each meeting of the Conference of the Parties.
29 - وفي اجتماعه الأول اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية استكهولم التوجيه بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئياً الذي يرد في مرفق المقرر ا س - 1/15، وطلب إلى الأمانة أن تقدم في كل اجتماع لمؤتمر الأطراف تقريراً عن التقدم المحرز في تطبيق التوجيه.

وقد اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الأول توجيهاً بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئياً ورد في مرفق مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/15 وطلب إلى الأمانة تقديم تقرير عن التقدم المحرز في تطبيق التوجيه بشأن المساعدة التقنية في كل اجتماع من اجتماعات مؤتمر الأطراف.

In paragraph 1 of its decision SC-3/11 the Conference of the Parties invited Parties, relevant international organizations and non-governmental organizations to provide information to the Secretariat on their experiences in implementing the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of technology adopted in decision SC-1/15.
وتدعو الفقرة 1 من مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 3/11 الأطراف، والمنظمات الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية ذات الصلة إلى أن تقدم إلى الأمانة معلومات عن خبراتها في تنفيذ التوجيه بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/15.

To invite Parties, relevant international organizations and nongovernmental organizations to provide information to the Secretariat on their experiences in implementing the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of technology adopted by the Conference in decision SC1/15;
(أ) دعوة الأطراف والمنظمات الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية ذات الصلة إلى تقديم معلومات إلى الأمانة عن تجربتها في مجال تطبيق التوجيهات بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا التي اعتمدها مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/15؛

To request the Secretariat to submit a report, based on the information to be provided pursuant to (a) above and any other pertinent information, on progress in the application of the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technology.
(ب) الطلب من الأمانة أن تقدم تقريراً بالاستناد إلى المعلومات المقرر توفيرها عملاً بالفقرة (أ) أعلاه وأية معلومات أخرى وثيقة الصلة بالموضوع، عن التقدم المحرز في تطبيق التوجيهات بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئياً.

To invite Parties, relevant international organizations and non-governmental organizations to provide information to the Secretariat on their experiences in implementing the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of technology adopted by the Conference in decision SC1/15;
(د) أن يدعو الأطراف، المنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة والمنظمات غير الحكومية إلى أن تقدم إلى الأمانة معلومات بشأن خبراتها في تنفيذ التوجيه بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في المقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/15؛

To request the Secretariat to submit a report based on the information provided pursuant to subparagraph 10 (b) above and any other pertinent information on progress in the application of the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technology.
(ﻫ) أن يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تقدم تقريراً يستند إلى المعلومات المقدمة طبقاً للفقرة الفرعية 10 (ب) أعلاه وأي معلومات أخرى ذات صلة بشأن التقدم المحرز في تطبيق التوجيه بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئياً.

By paragraph 5 of its decision SC-5/20, the Conference of the Parties invited parties and relevant international and non-governmental organizations, including regional centres, to provide information to the Secretariat by 31 March 2012 on their experiences in implementing the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technologies set out in the annex to decision SC-1/15.
3 - دعا مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب الفقرة 5 من مقرره ا س - 5/20، الأطراف والمنظمات الدولية وغير الحكومية الوثيقة الصلة، بما في ذلك المراكز الإقليمية، إلى أن تزود الأمانة قبل 31 آذار/مارس 2012 بمعلومات عن خبراتها في تنفيذ التوجيه بشأن المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئياً المنصوص عليه في مرفق المقرر ا س - 1/15.
