8 - واستجابةً كذلك للمقرر ا س - 5/16 جرى تنقيح النسخة الحالية من النظام الإلكتروني لتقديم التقارير استناداً إلى نموذج تقديم التقارير المحدّث والتعليقات الواردة من الأطراف بشأن تجاربها في استخدام هذا النظام، وبالنظر إلى استخدام التقارير الوطنية كعنصر في عملية تقييم فعالية الاتفاقية عملاً بالمادة 16.

The submissions from Parties, intergovernmental organizations (IGOs) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) on their experiences and lessons learned in, in particular, the use of performance indicators for monitoring and evaluating capacity-building at the national and global levels, as contained in document FCCC/SBI/2009/MISC.1.

٢٢- وفي الدورة ذاتها، دعت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ أيضاً اﻷطراف إلى تقديم آرائها بحلول ٥١ أيار/مايو ٧٩٩١ بشأن تجاربها المتعلقة باﻵلية المالية ورجت من أمانة الاتفاقية أن تعدّ تجميعاً مما يقدم من وثائق )FCCC/SBI/1997/6، الفقرة ٨٢(.

The SBI, at its seventeenth session, invited Parties to submit views on their experience with the GEF and its implementing agencies in relation to the preparation of their national communications, and requested the secretariat to compile the information contained in those submissions.
17- وقد دعت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ الأطراف، في دورتها السابعة عشرة، إلى تقديم آرائها بشأن تجاربها مع مرفق البيئة العالمية ووكالاته المنفّذة فيما يتصل بإعداد بلاغاتها الوطنية، وطلبت من الأمانة أن تقوم بتجميع المعلومات الواردة في تلك الردود.

Exchanges of information among countries about their experiences with foreign direct investment and their policy frameworks could therefore be particularly useful.
وعليه فإن عمليات تبادل المعلومات فيما بين البلدان بشأن تجاربها في مجال الاستثمار اﻷجنبي المباشر وأطر سياساتها قد تكون مفيدة بوجه خاص.
