32. The Draft Declaration on the improvement of cooperation between the United Nations and Regional Organizations submitted by the Russian Federation (A/AC.182/L.72/Rev.1) would contribute to the discussion of that question.
٢٣ - وأردف قائلا إن مشروع اﻹعلان بشأن تحسين التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة والمنظمات اﻹقليمية (A/AC.182/L.72/Rev.1) الذي تقدم به الاتحاد الروسي سيسهم دون شك في المناقشة بشأن هذه المسألــــة.

The Act was developed and adopted after successful work by the councils between 2011 and 2013, based on the Presidential Decree on improving collaboration between the authorities and civil society.

The Group hopes that the agenda for the next meeting of special rapporteurs and chairpersons of working groups on improving cooperation and the exchange of information will address the issue of the human rights of women.

٣٨ - وذكر أن وفده يرغب في الاعراب عن تقديره للاتحاد الروسي لمشروع الوثيقة المنقحة بشأن تحسين التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة والمنظمات الاقليمية )A/48/33، الفقرة ٢٨( وقال إنها وثيقة عمل مفيدة نظرا ﻷن المنازعات الاقليمية تشكل تهديدا رئيسيا لتحقيق السلم واﻷمن والعالميين.

During the reporting period, the agency embarked on an agreement with USAID, within the context of the Global Shelter Cluster of the Inter-Agency Standing Committee, on improving collaboration in post-crisis shelter response through coordination, learning and assessing impact on the lives of affected populations.
