Examination of information 1. 1- إذا اقتنعت اللجنة بموثوقية المعلومات الواردة، وبأنها تفيد بانتهاك الدولة الطرف المعنية حقوق الإنسان المحددة في الاتفاقية انتهاكا جسيما منتظما، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة، من خلال الأمين العام، إلى تقديم ملاحظات بشأن تلك المعلومات في غضون فترة زمنية محددة.

The Secretariat received comments on that information from the Government of China which were forwarded to the organization for its reply.
وتلقت الأمانة تعليقات بشأن تلك المعلومات من حكومة الصين، وأحالت تلك التعليقات إلى المنظمة للرد عليها.

The President of the Council, its members and the Council as a whole are free to act on that information in any manner which they deem appropriate, without challenge by any non-member of the Council, including the European Community.

1- إذا اقتنعت اللجنة بأن المعلومات الواردة و/أو المجمّعة بمبادرة منها موثوقة ويبدو أنها تشير إلى حدوث انتهاكات خطيرة أو منتظمة للحقوق المنصوص عليها في العهد من جانب الدولة الطرف المعنية، تدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف، عن طريق الأمين العام، إلى تقديم ملاحظات بشأن تلك المعلومات في غضون مهلة محددة.

1- إذا اقتنعت اللجنة بأن المعلومات الواردة موثوقة ويبدو أنها تبيّن حدوث انتهاكات خطيرة لأحكام الاتفاقية من قبل الدولة الطرف المعنية، تدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف، عن طريق الأمين العام، إلى تقديم ملاحظات بشأن تلك المعلومات في غضون مهلة محددة.

2. The Commission welcomes the efforts of the Secretariat in trying to simplify the guidelines for the 1996 session which had facilitated the provision of information on national and other relevant experience in implementing Agenda 21, and the summary report on that information.
٢ - وتعرب اللجنة عن ترحيبها بالجهود التي تبذلها اﻷمانة العامة في مسعاها لتبسيط المبادئ التوجيهية لدورة عام ٦٩٩١، مما أدى إلى تيسير تقديم المعلومات المتعلقة بالتجارب الوطنية والتجارب اﻷخرى ذات الصلة في تنفيذ جدول أعمال القرن ٢١ والتقرير الموجز بشأن تلك المعلومات.

Due to time constraints, however, the Committee requested the Secretariat to include in the report of its last meeting a factual statement on that information (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ImpCom/34/6, paras. 212215), and agreed to reconsider the issue at its thirty-fifth meeting.
إلا أنه، وبسبب ضيق الوقت، طلبت اللجنة إلى الأمانة أن تدرج في تقرير اجتماعها الأخير بياناً وقائعياً بشأن تلك المعلومات (الوثيقة UNEPLOzL.Pro/ImpCom/34/6، الفقرات 212-215)، ووافقت على إعادة بحث هذه المسألة في اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين.
