183. The Committee recommends that, taking into account the Committee's general comment No. 4 of 2003 on adolescent health and development in the context of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the State party:
183- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تأخذ في الاعتبار تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 4 لعام 2003 بشأن صحة ونمو المراهقين في سياق اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، وبأن تقوم بما يلي:

Taking note of the new general comment 4 adopted in June 2003 by the Committee on the Rights of the Child on adolescent health and development in the context of the Convention on the Rights of the Child,
وإذ يحيط علماً بالتعليق العام الجديد رقم 4 الذي اعتمدته لجنة حقوق الطفل في حزيران/يونيه 2003 بشأن صحة ونمو المراهقين ضمن إطار اتفاقية حقوق الطفل،

Take into account the Committee's general comment No. 4 (2003) on adolescent health and development in the context of the Convention.

168. The Committee recommends that the State party, taking into account General Comment No. 4 (2003) on adolescent health and development in the context of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC/GC/2003/4):
168- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بما يلي، آخذة في الحسبان تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 4(2003) بشأن صحة ونمو المراهقين في سياق اتفاقية حقوق الطفل (CRC/GC/2003/4):

249. The Committee recommends that the State party, taking into account the Committee's general comment No. 4 (2003) on adolescent health and development in the context of the Convention on the Rights of the Child:
249- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف، مع مراعاة تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 4(2003) بشأن صحة ونمو المراهقين في سياق اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، بما يلي:

347. In the light of the Committee's general comment No. 4 (2003) on adolescent health and development in the context of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC/GC/2003/4), the Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to implement the Sexual and Reproductive Health Policy and to ensure access to reproductive health services for all adolescents.
347- في ضوء تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 4(2003) بشأن صحة ونمو المراهقين في سياق اتفاقية حقوق الطفل (CRC/GC/2003/4)، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تعزز جهودها الرامية إلى تنفيذ سياسة الصحة الجنسية والإنجابية، وأن تضمن لجميع المراهقين الوصول إلى خدمات الصحة الإنجابية.

57. The Committee recommends that the State party reform its legislation and practice to increase the minimum age for marriage either with or without parental consent to an internationally acceptable age, for both girls and boys, in accordance with general comment No. 4 on adolescent health and development in the context of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC/GC/2003/4).
57- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بإصلاح تشريعاتها وممارساتها لرفع الحد الأدنى لسن الزواج بالنسبة إلى كل من الإناث والذكور، وسواء تم الزواج برضاء الوالدين أو دونه، إلى سن مقبولة دولياً، وذلك وفقاً لتعليق اللجنة العام رقم 4 بشأن صحة ونمو المراهقين في سياق اتفاقية حقوق الطفل (الوثيقة (CRC/GC/2003/4.

(b) Promote and ensure access to reproductive health services for all adolescents, including sex and reproductive health education in schools as well as youth-sensitive and confidential counselling and health care services, taking into due account the Committee's general comment no. 4 (2003) on adolescent health and development in the context of the Convention.
(ب) تعزيز وضمان حصول جميع المراهقين على خدمات الصحة الإنجابية، بما في ذلك التعليم في مجال الجنس والصحة الإنجابية في المدارس فضلا عن الاستشارات الحساسة للشباب والسرية وخدمات الرعاية الصحية، مع إيلاء الاعتبار الواجب لتعليق اللجنة العام رقم 4 (2003) بشأن صحة ونمو المراهقين في سياق الاتفاقية.

792. The Committee recommends that the State party take into account the Committee's general comment No. 4 on adolescent health and development in the context of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC/GC/2003/4) and strengthen its efforts to promote adolescent health, including sex and reproductive health education in schools, and to provide adolescents with youth-sensitive and confidential counselling and health-care services.
792- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تراعي تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 4(2003) بشأن صحة ونمو المراهقين في سياق اتفاقية حقوق الطفل (CRC/GC/2003/4)، فتعزز جهودها الرامية للنهوض بصحة المراهقين، بما في ذلك التثقيف الجنسي والمتعلق بالصحة التناسلية في المدارس، وأن توفر للمراهقين خدمات المشورة والرعاية الصحية في كنف التكتم والمراعاة لاحتياجاتهم.
