78. As a State party to the Convention on Cluster Munitions, Bulgaria understood and to a certain extent shared the concerns expressed by some NGOs and High Contracting Parties to the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons with regard to the draft protocol on cluster munitions.
78- ولما كانت بلغاريا دولة طرفاً في اتفاقية الذخائر العنقودية، فإنها تتفهم وتشاطر إلى حد ما الشواغل التي عبرت عنها بعض المنظمات غير الحكومية والأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في اتفاقية استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة بشأن مشروع البروتوكول المتعلق بالذخائر العنقودية.
