This is of importance not only to the OAS-CICAD's Multilateral Evaluation Mechanism process, but also to UNDCP, as it follows up on the twentieth special session of the General Assembly on the world drug problem.

1. Hold the First Ministerial Meeting of CELAC on the world drug problem on 13 and 14 May 2014, in Antigua, Guatemala.

10. Encourage a wide and open debate on the world drug problem, on the basis of scientific knowledge and evidence, conducive to a more effective fight against that scourge under a comprehensive approach;

12. His Government attached great importance to enhanced international cooperation to combat drug abuse and illicit trafficking and remained committed to implementing the outcome of the twentieth special session of the General Assembly on the world drug problem.
