وهذا اﻷمر يدل بوضوح على أن هناك استمرارا في تجاهل البيان الرئاسي لمجلس اﻷمن المؤرخ ١٣ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤، الذي يتعلق بصرب كرايينا وبصرب البوسنة على حد سواء.

If the latest United Nations and NATO action is to be perceived as credible and effective in really confronting these multiple violations of international law and order by the so-called Krajina Serbs, then these Krajina Serb forces in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina must be the first to be confronted.
وإذا أريد أن يبدو اﻹجراء اﻷخير الذي اتخذته اﻷمم المتحدة ومنظمة حلف شمال اﻷطلسي جديرا بالثقة وفعالا في القيام فعلا بمواجهة هذه الانتهاكات المتعــددة للقانون والنظام الدوليين من جانب ما يسمى بصرب كرايينا، فإن قوات صرب كرايينا هذه الموجودة في جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك يجب أن تكون أول من تتم مواجهته.

To the contrary, recent developments in eastern and western Bosnia and Herzegovina offer ample proof that the Belgrade Government and, specifically Mr. Milošević, has not only failed to influence the so-called Croatian and Bosnian Serbs positively, but has effectively encouraged them to intensify their military option and ethnic cleansing.

The Security Council shall be called upon, as the main international body entrusted with the maintenance of international peace and security, to uphold the International Contact Group peace plan and, consistent with it, to ensure the restoration of the United Nations-designated safe areas occupied and ethnically cleansed by the so-called Bosnian Serbs.
وسوف يدعى مجلس اﻷمن، بوصفه الهيئة الدولية الرئيسية المكلفة بصون السلم واﻷمن الدوليين، إلى دعم خطة السلام المقدمة من فريق الاتصال الدولي، والعمل، بموجبها، على كفالة استعادة المناطق اﻵمنة التي حددتها اﻷمم المتحدة والتي احتلها ما يسمى بصرب البوسنة ومارسوا فيها سياسة التطهير العرقي.

Secondly, the proposal is especially troubling in view of the fact that the war — the aggression — was started by the Serbian-Montenegrans in conjunction with the so-called Bosnian Serbs in order, in fact, to achieve the very goal of an ethnically homogeneous “greater Serbia” at the expense of its neighbours.

للبوســـنة والهرســك لــدى اﻷمـــم المتحــدة واصل ما يسمى بصرب كرايينا اليوم، ٢١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤، منطلقين من مواقع داخل المنطقة المشمولة بحماية اﻷمم المتحدة في جمهورية كرواتيا، هجومهم على منطقة جيب بيهاتش اﻵمنة وكثفوه.

We urge the Security Council to take all action necessary to stop any further transgression of the international border between the republics of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia by the so-called Krajina Serbs, and to take all measures necessary and in accordance with the mandates given by relevant resolutions to protect the safe area and the no-fly zone, which have been violated in the most brutal way, resulting in heavy civilian casualties.
إننا نحث مجلس اﻷمن على اتخاذ جميع اﻹجراءات الضرورية لوقف اﻹمعان في تجاوز الحدود الدولية بين جمهوريتي البوسنة والهرسك وكرواتيا من جانب ما يسمون بصرب كرايينا، وعلى اتخاذ جميع التدابير الضرورية وفقا للولايات التي تمنحها القرارات ذات الصلة لحماية المناطق اﻵمنة ومناطق حظر الطيران، التي انتهكت بأكثر الطرق وحشية، مما أسفر عن وقوع خسائر شديدة في اﻷرواح بين المدنيين.
