وتوصي اللجنة أيضا بأن تتخذ الدولة الطرف تدابير لتوعية الجمهور بأهمية التصدي لانتهاكات حقوق المرأة من خلال الآليات القضائية بدل الآليات العرفية وذلك لضمان وصول الضحايا إلى سبل انتصاف قانوني فعالة والحصول على التعويض، وتدريب القضاة والموظفين القضائيين والمسؤولين عن إنفاذ القانون لتطبيق القوانين ذات الصلة بطريقة تراعي الفوارق بين الجنسين بما يتفق وأحكام الاتفاقية.

(a) Continue its efforts to reform and strengthen the judicial system, in order to ensure that women have effective access to justice, by, for example, providing systematic training to judges, prosecutors and lawyers on applying relevant laws in a gender-sensitive manner in conformity with the Convention;
(أ) مواصلة جهودها لإصلاح النظام القضائي وتعزيزه، من أجل ضمان وصول المرأة إلى العدالة بصورة فعالة، وذلك على سبيل المثال بتوفير التدريب المنهجي للقضاة والمدعين العامين والمحامين على تطبيق القوانين المعنية، بطريقة تراعي الفوارق بين الجنسين وتتماشى مع الاتفاقية؛

' 4` إجراء دورات تدريبية ملائمة للقضاة والمحامين وموظفي إنفاذ القانون والعاملين في المجال الطبي على فهم جرائم الاغتصاب وغيرها من الجرائم الجنسية بطريقة تراعي الفوارق بين الجنسين وذلك لتفادي اضطهاد المرأة التي تبلّغ عن التعرض لاغتصاب مجددا، ولكفالة ألا تؤثر المعايير والقيم الشخصية على اتخاذ القرارات.
