(a) The Director, Division of Management and Administration, may, after full investigation in each case, authorize the writing-off of losses of UN-Women property or such other adjustments of the records as will bring the balance shown by the records into conformity with the actual quantities, except for those proposals for write-offs which exceed $100,000 and which shall be submitted to the Executive Director for approval.
(أ) يجوز لمدير شعبة التنظيم والإدارة، بعد إجراء تحقيق وافٍ في كل حالة، أن يأذن بشطب الخسائر التي تتكبدها هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة في الممتلكات أو فيما يتعلق بالتسويات الأخرى في السجلات، بما يجعل الرصيد المسجل فيها متوافقا مع المقادير الفعلية، وتستثنى من ذلك مقترحات شطب الخسائر التي تتجاوز قيمتها 000 100 دولار، إذ يتعين عرضها على المدير التنفيذي لإقرارها.

(أ) يجوز لمدير شعبة التنظيم والإدارة، بعد إجراء تحقيق وافٍ في كل حالة، أن يأذن بشطب الخسائر التي تتكبدها هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة في الممتلكات أو فيما يتعلق بالتسويات الأخرى في السجلات، بما يجعل الرصيد المسجل فيها متوافقا مع المقادير الفعلية، وتستثنى من ذلك مقترحات شطب الخسائر التي تتجاوز قيمتها 000 100 دولار، إذ يتعين عرضها على وكيل الأمين العام/المدير التنفيذي لإقرارها.
