2 - تقتصر أي مرفقات إضافية تُعتمد بعد بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية على المسائل الإجرائية أو العلمية أو التقنية أو الإدارية.

1. A Conference of States Parties shall be convened no later than one year following the entry into force of this Treaty.
1 - يُعقد مؤتمر للدول الأطراف في موعد لا يتجاوز سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة.

The national action plan shall, no later than one year after the entry into force of this Convention for the Party, be submitted to the Secretariat for distribution to the Parties.
ويجب على الطرف أن يقدِّم خطة عمل وطنية إلى الأمانة، لتعميمها على الأطراف، في موعد لا يتجاوز سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية بالنسبة للطرف.

1. At any time after the entry into force of this Treaty, a State Party may propose an amendment to the Treaty.
1 - يجوز لأي دولة طرف، في أي وقت بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة، أن تقترح تعديلا عليها.

2. after the entry into force of this Convention, any State Party may propose such an amendment.
2- بعد بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية، يجوز لأي دولة طرف أن تقترح تعديلا من هذا القبيل.

For States whose instruments of ratification or accession are deposited after the entry into force of this Treaty, it shall enter into force on the date of the deposit of their instruments of ratification or accession.
وبالنسبة للدول التي تودع صكوك تصديقها أو انضمامها بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة، يبدأ سريان المعاهدة من تاريخ إيداع صكوك تصديقها أو انضمامها.

AMENDMENTS 1. At any time after the entry into force of this Treaty, any State Party may propose amendments to this Treaty or the annexed Protocol.
١ - في أي وقت بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة يجوز ﻷي دولة طرف اقتراح تعديلات على هذه المعاهدة أو البروتوكول المرفق.

13. The first session of the Conference shall be convened by the Depositary not later than 30 days after the entry into force of this Treaty.
٣١ - يدعو الوديع إلى عقد أول دورة للمؤتمر في موعد لا يتجاوز ٠٣ يوما بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة.

[162. Not later than 30 days after the entry into force of this Treaty any State Party shall inform the Director-General of the names of observers.
]٢٦١- تقوم أي دولة طرف في غضون فترة لا تتجاوز ٠٣ يوما بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة بتبليغ المدير العام بأسماء المراقبين.

[163. Not later than 60 days after the entry into force of this Treaty the Director-General shall circulate the list of observers to all States parties.
]٣٦١- يقوم المدير العام في غضون فترة لا تتجاوز ٠٦ يوما بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة بتعميم قائمة المراقبين على جميع الدول اﻷطراف.

2. The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall convene the Conference of the Parties not later than one year following the entry into force of this Convention.
2- يدعو الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة مؤتمر الأطراف إلى الانعقاد في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية.

2. The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall convene the Conference of the Parties not later than one year following the entry into force of this Convention.
2- يتعين على الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة عقد مؤتمر الأطراف في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية.

2. The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall convene the Conference of the Parties not later than one year following the entry into force of this Convention.
2- يتولى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة عقد مؤتمر الأطراف في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية.

However, a declaration of which the depositary receives formal notification after such entry into force takes effect on the first day of the month following the expiration of six months after the date of its receipt by the depositary.
أما الاعلان الذي يتلقى الوديع اخطارا رسميا به بعد بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية فيكون نافذ المفعول في اليوم الأول من الشهر التالي لانقضاء ستة أشهر على تاريخ تلقي الوديع للاخطار.

2. For States whose instruments of ratification or accession are deposited subsequent to the entry into force of this Convention, it shall enter into force on the 30th day following the date of deposit of their instrument of ratification or accession.
2 - بالنسبة للدول التي تودع صكوك تصديقها أو انضمامها بعد بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية، يبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية في اليوم الثلاثين التالي لتاريخ إيداع صك التصديق أو الانضمام.
