58- ومن الخيارات الأخرى التي نُظر فيها فيما يتعلق بعمل الأونسيترال المحتمل في هذا المجال تحديث صكي الأونسيترال بشأن مشاريع البنية التحتية المموَّلة من القطاع الخاص وتنقيحهما وتوسيع نطاقهما.

The website, available in the six official languages of the United Nations, includes all UNCITRAL documents contained in the United Nations Official Documents System (ODS), as well as other information relating to the work of UNCITRAL.
35- يتضمّن الموقع الشبكي، المتاح بلغات الأمم المتحدة الرسمية الست، جميع الوثائق الواردة في نظام الوثائق الرسمية للأمم المتحدة (ODS)، كما يتضمّن معلومات أخرى ذات صلة بعمل الأونسيترال.

93. In the Declaration of the high-level meeting of the General Assembly on the rule of law at the national and international levels, Member States had rightly commended the work of UNCITRAL in modernizing and harmonizing international trade law, which played a key role in the strengthening of the rule of law.
94 - وأضافت قائلة إن الدول الأعضاء، في الإعلان الصادر عن الاجتماع الرفيع المستوى للجمعية العامة المتعلق بسيادة القانون على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي، أشادت بحق بعمل الأونسيترال في تحديث القانون التجاري الدولي ومواءمته، وهو ما أسهم إلى حد بعيد في تعزيز سيادة القانون.

By way of example of current efforts, the Commission took note with satisfaction of the coordination activities involving the Hague Conference and Unidroit as well as the activities on the rule of law in those areas of work of the United Nations and other entities that were of relevance to the work of UNCITRAL.

Reference was made to a number of IMO treaty instruments and amendments thereto (in force and not yet in force). In light of their relevance to seaborne trade, these instruments were considered relevant to the work of UNCITRAL.
وأُشير إلى عدد من الصكوك التعاهدية للمنظمة وتعديلاتها (النافذة وغير النافذة بعدُ) التي تعتبر، نظراً لارتباطها بالتجارة المنقولة بحراً، ذات صلة بعمل الأونسيترال.

At its forty-fifth session, a briefing will be organized by the Secretariat on the progress made in achieving increased awareness about the work of UNCITRAL and integration of that work into the rule of law activities of the United Nations and other organizations.
55- وفي الدورة الخامسة والأربعين للجنة، سوف تنظِّم الأمانةُ جلسةَ إحاطة بشأن ما أُحرز من تقدّم في زيادة الوعي بعمل الأونسيترال وإدماج ذلك العمل في أنشطة الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات في مجال سيادة القانون.

44. Mr. Schöll (Switzerland), Chair of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, said that he had taken due note of all the issues and concerns raised during the debate and expressed appreciation for the degree of commitment shown by Committee members to the work of UNCITRAL.

The General Assembly, in the founding resolution and subsequent resolutions related to the work of UNCITRAL, did not provide for UNCITRAL rules of procedure. Neither has it made any request or recommendation to the Commission to adopt its specific rules of procedure.
5- إن الجمعية العامة لم تنص في القرار المنشئ ولا في القرارات اللاحقة المتصلة بعمل الأونسيترال() على وضع قواعد إجرائية خاصة بالأونسيترال، كما لم تقدَّم أي طلب أو توصية إلى اللجنة بأن تعتمد قواعدها الإجرائية الخاصة.

The Commission heard that, in the context of the treaty event to be held from 25 to 27 September and on 1 and 2 October 2007, the following three treaties related to the work of UNCITRAL would be highlighted: the New York Convention, the United Nations Sales Convention and the United Nations Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts.
224- وأُبلغت اللجنة بأن الضوء سوف يسلّط، في سياق الحدث الخاص بالمعاهدات() الذي سوف يعقد من 25 إلى 27 أيلول/سبتمبر ويومي 1 و2 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2007، على المعاهدات الثلاث التالية المتصلة بعمل الأونسيترال: اتفاقية نيويورك واتفاقية الأمم المتحدة للبيع واتفاقية الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة باستخدام الخطابات الإلكترونية في العقود الدولية.

Concern was expressed as to whether the link between the proposed alternative savings in the Department for General Assembly and Conference Management budget and the operation of UNCITRAL would be sufficiently visible to the Fifth Committee of the General Assembly to be credited to the Office of Legal Affairs.
