٤ - تؤكد من جديد أنه ينبغي للوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات والمؤسسات اﻷخرى في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة أن تواصل الاسترشاد بقرارات اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة فيما تبذله من جهود للمساهمة في تنفيذ اﻹعلان وجميع قرارات الجمعية العامة اﻷخرى ذات الصلة؛

As such, the criminal, inhumane and anachronistic blockade policy of the United States against Cuba should be terminated, without delay, in conformity with the relevant United Nations resolutions and the demands of the international community.

3. Reaffirms that the specialized agencies and other organizations and institutions of the United Nations system should continue to be guided by the relevant resolutions of the United Nations in their efforts to contribute to the full implementation, without further delay, of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples and all other relevant General Assembly resolutions;
٣ - تؤكد من جديد أنه ينبغي للوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات والمؤسسات اﻷخرى في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة مواصلة الاسترشاد بقرارات اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة فيما تبذله من جهود للمساهمة في التنفيذ التام، دون مزيد من اﻹبطاء، ﻹعلان منح الاستقلال للبلدان والشعوب المستعمرة ولجميع قرارات الجمعية العامة اﻷخرى ذات الصلة؛

At the same time, we call upon Israel, as the occupying Power, to desist from using extremist acts as a pretext to deny the legitimate aspirations of the Palestinian people, and to honour its obligations to peace, in keeping with relevant United Nations resolutions.
