The Assembly, at its sixty-first session, invited the United Nations system to enhance dialogue with and increase support to the regional and subregional cooperation organizations whose membership included countries with economies in transition and whose efforts included assisting their members to fully integrate into the world economy (resolution 61/210).
ودعت الجمعية العامة، في دورتها الحادية والستين، منظومة الأمم المتحدة إلى تعزيز الحوار مع منظمات التعاون الإقليمي ودون الإقليمي وزيادة دعمها لتلك المنظمات التي تضم عضويتها بلدانا تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية وتشمل جهودها مساعدة أعضائها على الاندماج الكامل في الاقتصاد العالمي (القرار 61/210).

Taking into consideration the fact that countries with economies in transition are among the members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and in this regard recalling its resolution 61/210 of 20 December 2006, in which it proposed that the United Nations system enhance dialogue with regional and subregional cooperation organizations whose membership includes countries with economies in transition and increase support provided to them,
وإذ تأخذ في اعتبارها أن منظمة شنغهاي للتعاون تضم في عضويتها بلدانا تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية، وإذ تشير في هذا الصدد إلى قرارها 61/210 المؤرخ 20 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006 الذي اقترحت فيه أن تعزز منظومة الأمم المتحدة الحوار مع منظمات التعاون الإقليمي ودون الإقليمي التي تضم في عضويتها بلدانا تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية، وأن تزيد دعمها لتلك المنظمات،
