4.7 The State party states that the second witness heard was Mohamed Belkacem, who said he had been arrested in 1997, that he did not know the victim at all and that he had never heard anything about him.

25. Liliane Muzangi Mbella and Hassan Id Balkassm participated in the first world francophone indigenous congress in Agadir, Morocco, from 2 to 6 November 2006.
25 - وشاركت ليليان موزانغي مبيلا وحسن إد بلقاسم في المؤتمر العالمي الأول للشعوب الأصلية الناطقة بالفرنسية، الذي عُقد في أغادير، المغرب، في الفترة من 2 إلى 6 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2006.

Three members of the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, Ms. Vicky Tauli-Corpuz, Mr. Hassan Id Balkassm and Mr. Wilton Littlechild, attended the session and actively participated in the debates.

9. Legal and constitutional status of the Amazigh language in Morocco and North Africa (Hassan Id Balkassm)

At the eighth session of the Permanent Forum, Mr. Id Balkassm and Ms. Hasteh presented a concept paper outlining the framework for the study (E/C.19/2009/5).
وفي الدورة الثامنة للمنتدى الدائم، قدم السيد عيد بلقاسم والسيدة هاستيه ورقة مفاهيم تحدد الإطار للدراسة (E/C.19/2010/1).

3. The meeting was attended by 15 United Nations organizations and four members of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, namely Lars-Anders Baer, Margaret Lokawua, Hassan Id Balkassm and Liliane Muzangi Mbela.

Following the reflections of Mr. Hassan Id Balkassam on the issues of federalism, autonomy and self-determination as a revitalization of democracy within the State, participants considered those issues.
