34. The Special Rapporteur supports universal goals that are applicable to all States and are inclusive of marginalized groups, including migrants.
٣٤ - ويؤيد المقرر الخاص الأهداف العالمية التي تنطبق على جميع الدول، وتشمل الفئات المهمشة، بما فيها المهاجرون.

It refers to bringing all persons to a level playing field and progressively working to improve the quality and levels of service accessible to marginalized groups that are usually left behind, including migrants.

The resolution further stipulates that in order to overcome the obstacles to full protection for migrants the Special Rapporteur should " request and receive information from all relevant sources, including migrants themselves " and " formulate appropriate recommendations to prevent and remedy violations of the human rights of migrants, wherever they may occur " .
