In accordance with paragraph 13 of General Assembly resolution 58/241, the Department for Disarmament Affairs continued to collate and circulate data and information provided by States on a voluntary basis, including national reports, on the implementation of the Programme of Action, national legislation on small arms and light weapon, as well as national points of contact for the implementation of the Programme of Action.8

In accordance with paragraph 8 of General Assembly resolution 59/86, the Department for Disarmament Affairs continued to collate and circulate data and information provided by States on a voluntary basis, including national reports, concerning the implementation of the Programme of Action, national legislation on small arms and light weapons and national points of contact for the implementation of the Programme of Action.2
