The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea has continued to receive submissions from States from various regions for the settlement of disputes relating to various provisions of the Convention.
ما زالت المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار تتلقى طلبات من دول من مختلف مناطق العالم لتسوية نزاعات تتعلق بمختلف أحكام الاتفاقية.

The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea has established a reputation for addressing, in a timely and efficient manner, the submissions received from States for the settlement of disputes relating to various provisions of the Convention.
وقد اكتسبت المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار شهرة في معالجة التقارير التي يتم استلامها من الدول في توقيت مناسب وعلى نحو متسم بالكفاءة من أجل تسوية المنازعات المتعلقة بمختلف أحكام الاتفاقية.

(c) To include comprehensive information on the use of such temporary special measures in relation to various provisions of the Convention and their impact in its next periodic report.
(ج) تضمين تقريرها الدوري المقبل معلومات شاملة عن استخدام هذه التدابير الخاصة المؤقتة فيما يتصل بمختلف أحكام الاتفاقية وتأثير هذه التدابير.

(c) Provide comprehensive information on the use of such measures in relation to various provisions of the Convention, and on their impact in its next periodic report; and
(ج) تقديم معلومات شاملة عن تطبيق تلك التدابير فيما يتعلق بمختلف أحكام الاتفاقية وعن الأثر المترتب عليها في تقريرها الدوري المقبل؛

The Committee also recommends that the State party raise awareness among parliamentarians, Government officials, employers and the general public about the necessity of temporary special measures and requests it to provide comprehensive information on the use of such temporary special measures in relation to various provisions of the Convention, and on their impact in its next periodic report.
وتوصي اللجنة أيضاً بأن تتخذ الدولة الطرف ما يلزم من إجراءات لتوعية أعضاء البرلمان والمسؤولين في الحكومة وأرباب العمل والجمهور العام بضرورة اتخاذ تلك التدابير الخاصة المؤقتة، وتطلب إليها أن تضمِّن تقريرها الدوري القادم معلومات شاملة عن نطاق استخدام تلك التدابير فيما يتصل بمختلف أحكام الاتفاقية وعن مدى تأثيرها.
