ورحب المجلس بالتدابير التي اتخذتها الحكومة بمساعدة الشركاء الدوليين للحد من بطالة الشباب ومكافحة الاتجار بالمخدرات، والجرائم العابرة للحدود، والصيد غير المشروع والقرصنة.

(b) To consider, with the assistance of international partners and for a specific time period, the possibility of commissioning independent external advice on the management of Liberia's diamond resources, in order to increase revenue and investor confidence and to attract additional donor support;
(ب) النظر، بمساعدة الشركاء الدوليين ولفترة زمنية محددة، في إمكانية الاستعانة بهيئة استشارية خارجية مستقلة في إدارة موارد الماس في ليبريا، بغية زيادة الإيرادات وثقة المستثمرين واجتذاب دعم إضافي من الجهات المانحة؛

14. Reiterates its recommendation to the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to promote stockpile security, accountability and management of arms and ammunition as an urgent priority, with the assistance of international partners as necessary, and to implement a national weapons marking program in line with the standards established by the Nairobi Protocol and the Regional Centre on Small Arms;
