The Secretary-General shall have the right and the duty to waive the immunity of any official in any case where, in his opinion, the immunity would impede the course of justice and can be waived without prejudice to the interests of the United Nations.
ويحق للأمين العام كما يتوجب عليه أن يرفع الحصانة عن أي موظف وفي أية حالة يرى معها أن تلك الحصانة تحول دون أن تأخذ العدالة مجراها وأن من الممكن رفعها دون الإضرار بمصالح الأمم المتحدة.

ويحق للأمين العام كما يتوجب عليه أن يرفع الحصانة عن أي خبير وفي أية حالة يرى معها أن تلك الحصانة تحول دون أن تأخذ العدالة مجراها وأن من الممكن رفعها دون الإضرار بمصالح الأمم المتحدة.

The Secretary-General shall have the right and the duty to waive the immunity of any officials in any case where, in his opinion, the immunity would impede the course of justice and can be waived without prejudice to the interests of the United Nations.
ويحق للأمين العام كما يتوجب عليه أن يرفع الحصانة عن أي موظف وفي أية حالة يرى معها أن تلك الحصانة تحول دون أن تأخذ العدالة مجراها وأن من الممكن رفعها دون الإضرار بمصالح الأمم المتحدة.

They shall ensure that expression of personal views and convictions does not compromise or appear to compromise the performance of their official duties or the interests of the United Nations.
وعليهم أن يكفلوا ألا يضر التعبير عن آرائهم ومعتقداتهم الشخصية أو يبدو ضارا بأداء واجباتهم الرسمية أو بمصالح الأمم المتحدة.

It further provides that the Secretary-General shall have the right and the duty to waive the immunity of any official in any case where, in his opinion, the immunity would impede the course of justice and can be waived without prejudice to the interests of the United Nations.
وينص كذلك على أنه يحق للأمين العام كما يتوجب عليه أن يرفع الحصانة عن أي موظف وفي أية حالة يرى معها أن تلك الحصانة تحول دون أن تأخذ العدالة مجراها وأن من الممكن رفعها دون الإضرار بمصالح الأمم المتحدة.

14. In all instances, the Secretary-General follows the normal practice of waiving immunity when he determines, according to the merits of a particular case, that immunity would impede the course of justice and that it could be waived without prejudice to the interests of the United Nations.
14 - في كل الحالات، يتبع الأمين العام الممارسة العادية لرفع الحصانة عندما يقرر وفقا لوقائع قضية معنية أن الحصانة سوف تعوق سير العدالة ويمكن رفعها دون المساس بمصالح الأمم المتحدة.

48. 13. In accordance with the Convention, the Secretary-General has the right and the duty to waive the immunity of any official in any case where, in his opinion, the immunity would impede the course of justice and without prejudice to the interests of the United Nations.

وعليه، فإن المنظمة ستفرج عن وثائق و/أو معلومات وترفع الحصانة على أساس كل حالة على حدة حيثما يرى الأمين العام أن من شأن الحصانة أن تعرقل سير العدالة وأن بالإمكان رفعها دون المس بمصالح الأمم المتحدة.

20 - ولقد تبينا منذ البداية وجود اتفاق واسع على رأي مؤداه أنه ليس من مصلحة أي طرف يعنيه الأمر، بل إن مما يضر بمصالح الأمم المتحدة نفسها ومصالح الشعوب التي هي في خدمتها، أن تنتهي المناقشات في دورتين متتاليتين بدون أن تكون الجمعية العامة قد أبدت وجهة نظرها.

36. Immunities granted for military observers, CIVPOL, United Nations international civil servants and local personnel can be waived by the Special Representative of the SecretaryGeneral (in the name of the Secretary-General), where he/she considers that immunity would impede the course of justice, and where it can be waived without prejudice to the interests of the United Nations.
36- ويمكن رفع الحصانات الممنوحة للمراقبين العسكريين وأفراد الشرطة المدنية وموظفي الأمم المتحدة المدنيين الدوليين والموظفين المحليين من جانب الممثل الخاص للأمين العام (باسم الأمين العام)، عندما يعتبر أن هذه الحصانة قد تعرقل مجرى العدالة، وعندما يمكن رفعها دون المساس بمصالح الأمم المتحدة().

(d) While the personal views and convictions of officials and experts on mission, including their political and religious convictions, remain inviolable, they shall ensure that those views and convictions do not adversely affect their official duties or the interests of the United Nations.

60. Pursuant to section 20 of the General Convention (in respect of officials) and section 23 (in respect of experts), the Secretary-General has the authority and the duty to waive immunity where, in his opinion, " immunity would impede the course of justice and it can be waived without prejudice to the interests of the United Nations " .
