ويلتزم الخبراء المصرح لهم بتناول المعلومات السرية باتباع الإجراءات المتفق عليها فيما يتعلق بمعالجة المعلومات السرية.

The COP, by its decision 23/CP.7, requested the secretariat to prepare a document containing an analysis of the practices of other international treaty bodies and organizations on the treatment of confidential information, for consideration by the SBSTA at its sixteenth session.
21- وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف بموجب مقرره 23/م أ-7 إلى الأمانة أن تعد وثيقة تشمل تحليلاً للممارسات التي تتبعها سائر الهيئات التعاهدية والمنظمات الدولية فيما يتعلق بمعالجة المعلومات السرية لكي تنظر فيها الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية في دورتها السادسة عشرة.

Decides to apply and give full effect to the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information, as contained in annex II to decision 12/CP.9, for the reviews of inventories under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol;
5- يقرر تطبيق مدونة قواعد الممارسة المتعلقة بمعالجة المعلومات السرية كما وردت في المرفق الثاني للمقرر 12/م أ-9 وإعمالها بالكامل في عمليات استعراض قوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو؛

4. Decides to extend the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information for the reviews of inventories under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol2 to the review of assigned amount information under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol.
4- يقرر تمديد العمل بمدونة الممارسة المتعلقة بمعالجة المعلومات السرية لاستعراض قوائم الجرد بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو() لتشمل استعراض المعلومات المتعلقة بوحدات الكمية المسندة بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو.

Decides to extend the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information for the reviews of inventories under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol2 to the review of assigned amount information under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol.
4- يقرر تمديد العمل بمدونة الممارسة المتعلقة بمعالجة المعلومات السرية لاستعراض قوائم الجرد بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو() لتشمل استعراض المعلومات المتعلقة بوحدات الكمية المسندة بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو.

5. Decides to apply and give full effect to the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information as contained in annex II to decision -/CP.9 (Issues relating to the technical review of greenhouse gas inventories) for the reviews of inventories under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol;
5- يقرر تطبيق مدونة قواعد الممارسة المتعلقة بمعالجة المعلومات السرية كما وردت في المرفق الثاني للمقرر .../م أ-9 (القضايا المتصلة بالاستعراض التقني لقوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة) وإعمالها بالكامل في عمليات استعراض قوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو؛

Requests Parties included in Annex I to the Convention (Annex I Parties) whose inventories contain information that is designated as confidential to provide this information during centralized and in-country reviews, at the request of an expert review team, in accordance with the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information adopted by decision 12/CP.9;
1- يطلب إلى الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول من الاتفاقية (الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول) التي تتضمن قوائم جردها معلومات نُعتت بالسرية أن تقدم هذه المعلومات أثناء الاستعراضين المركزي والمحلي، بناء على طلب فريق لخبراء الاستعراض، وفقا لمدونة قواعد الممارسة المتعلقة بمعالجة المعلومات السرية والمعتمدة بموجب المقرر 12/م أ-9؛
