(ﻫ) أن تراعي التعليق العام للجنة رقم 6(2005) المتعلق بمعاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدانهم الأصلية.

In this respect, the Committee draws the attention of the State party to its general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin.
وفي هذا الصدد، توجه اللجنة انتباه الدولة الطرف إلى تعليقها العام رقم 6(2005) المتعلق بمعاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدانهم الأصلية.

Furthermore, the Committee recommends that the State party take into account general comment No. 6 (2005) in the design of legislation and policies relating to the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin.
كما توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمراعاة التعليق العام رقم 6(2005) في تصميم التشريعات والسياسات المتعلقة بمعاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدهم الأصلي.

257. The Committee also recommends that the State party take note of the Committee's general comment No. 6 (CRC/GC/2005/6) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin.
257- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف أيضاً بأن تحيط علماً بتعليقها العام رقم 6 (CRC/GC/2005/6) المتعلق بمعاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلداهم الأصلية.

(b) Ensure that the age assessment procedure applied to asylum-seeking and refugee children is based on scientifically approved methods and is in full respect of children's dignity, as recommended in general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin;
(ب) ضمان استناد إجراء تقدير السن المطبق على الأطفال ملتمسي اللجوء والأطفال اللاجئين إلى أساليب مثبتة علمياً وضمان ممارسته في ظل الاحترام الكامل لكرامة الطفل، على النحو الموصى به في التعليق العام رقم 6(2005) المتعلق بمعاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدهم الأصلي؛

In line with its general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin, the Committee recommends that the State party:
78- وتمشياً مع تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 6(2005) المتعلق بمعاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدهم الأصلي، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بما يلي:

(d) Draw upon the Committee's general comment No. 6 (2005) on treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin in the implementation of the above recommendations.
(د) الاستناد إلى تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 6(2005) المتعلق بمعاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدانهم الأصلية في تنفيذ التوصيات أعلاه.

In this regard, the Committee draws attention to its general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin.
وفي هذا الصدد، تلفت اللجنة الانتباه إلى تعليقها العام رقم 6(2005) المتعلق بمعاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدانهم الأصلية.

The Committee recommends that, while taking into account its general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin, the State party:
81- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف، مع مراعاتها تعليقها العام رقم 6(2005) المتعلق بمعاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدهم الأصلي، بما يلي:

(f) Take into consideration the Committee's general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin.
(و) مراعاة التعليق العام رقم 6(2005) للجنة المتعلق بمعاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدانهم الأصلية.

(a) In light of the general comment No. 6 (2005) on treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin, when in doubt as to the age of an asylum-seeker, give him/her the benefit of the doubt, treat him/her as a child, and introduce the possibility for asylum-seekers to appeal the outcome of the age determination;
(أ) تفسير الشك، عندما يكون هناك شك في عمر ملتمس اللجوء، لصالح ملتمس اللجوء ومعاملته كطفل، وإتاحة الإمكانية لملتمسي اللجوء للطعن في نتيجة عملية تحديد العمر، وذلك في ضوء التعليق العام رقم 6(2005) المتعلق بمعاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم الذين هم خارج بلدهم الأصلي؛
