In relation to persons whose activities are not intended to be criminalized by the Smuggling of Migrants Protocol, Article 6, paragraph 4, explains that nothing in the Smuggling of Migrants Protocol prevents States parties from taking measures against a person whose conduct constitutes an offence under its domestic law.
12- وفيما يتعلق بالأشخاص الذين لا يقصد بروتوكول تهريب المهاجرين تجريم أنشطتهم، توضِّح الفقرة 4 من المادة 6 أنه ليس في هذا البروتوكول ما يمنع أيُّ دولة طرف من اتخاذ تدابير ضد أيِّ شخص يُعدّ سلوكه جرما بمقتضى قانونها الداخلي.
