Given the condition of those weapons, their destruction under the terms of the Convention in a safe and secure manner poses a unique challenge.

لأي طرف من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية أن يلتمس مساعدة فريق الخبراء فيما يتعلق بأية شواغل لها صلة بالوفاء بالتزاماته القانونية بموجب أحكام الاتفاقية وأي من البروتوكولات المرفقة بها التي يلتزم بها.
