٦١- وكما حدث في مخطط الولايات المتحدة، أُضيف شرط جديد إلى مخطط نظام اﻷفضليات المعمم للاتحاد اﻷوروبي قد يفضي إلى سحب بلد مستفيد من مخططه إذا ظهرت فيه، من جملة أمور، حالات ممارسات تجارية غير مشروعة، منها التمييز ضد الجماعة اﻷوروبية واﻹخفاق في التقيد بالالتزامات بموجب جولة أوروغواي لتلبية أهداف متفق عليها للنفاذ إلى اﻷسواق.
