٧ - يقصد بمصطلح " الغدر " ومع عدم اﻹخلال بقواعد القانون الدولي المطبقة على الصراع المسلح في البحر أو في الجو، أي أعمال يقصد بها كسب ثقة طرف معاد وحمله على الاعتقاد أنه يتمتع بالحماية، وأنه ملزم بمنح الحماية، بموجب قواعد القانون الدولي المطبقة على الصراع المسلح، وذلك بقصد خيانة تلك الثقة.
