Each Annex I Party shall include the necessary supplementary information [required under these guidelines] [for implementation of the different provisions of the Kyoto Protocol], in accordance with the time-frames for the obligations established by the Protocol, in its national communication submitted under Article 12 of the Convention and in accordance with the relevant decisions of the COP [and the COP/MOP].
