2- وتنص الفقرة 41 من طرائق وإجراءات الآلية على أن التسجيل الذي يتولاه المجلس التنفيذي يعتبر نهائياً بعد ثمانية أسابيع من تاريخ تلقي المجلس التنفيذي طلب التسجيل، ما لم يطلب طرف معني بنشاط المشروع أو ما لا يقل عن ثلاثة من أعضاء المجلس التنفيذي استعراض النشاط المقترح في إطار مشروع متصل بالآلية.

Percentage of families/households of the community involved in or affected by the project activity displaced due to the project activity;
(أ) النسبة المئوية للأسر/الأسر المعيشية في المجتمع المحلي المشمول أو المتأثر بنشاط المشروع التي انتقلت بسبب هذا النشاط؛

Accounting for applicable national policies and specific national or regional circumstances, such as sectoral reform initiatives, local fuel availability, power sector expansion plans, and the economic situation in the sector relevant to the project activity

The monitoring plan for a proposed small-scale afforestation or reforestation project activity under the CDM may use the monitoring methodology specified in appendix B for the relevant project activity if the DOE determines at validation that the monitoring methodology reflects good monitoring practice appropriate to the circumstances of the project activity.
24- ويجوز، في خطة رصد نشاط مشروع صغير للتحريج أو إعادة التحريج في إطار آلية التنمية النظيفة، استخدام منهجية الرصد المحددة في التذييل باء فيما يتعلق بنشاط المشروع ذي الصلة، إذا قرر الكيان التشغيلي المعيَّن أثناء التصديق أن منهجية الرصد تعبر عن ممارسة رصد سليمة وملائمة للظروف التي يجري فيها نشاط المشروع.

In accordance with paragraph 41 of the CDM modalities and procedures, a project activity for which a DOE has requested registration is automatically registered after eight weeks from the date when the request was made (or four weeks for small-scale CDM project activities) unless three Board members, or one of the Parties involved in the project activity, make a request for review relating to issues associated with the validation requirements.
فوفقاً للفقرة 41 من طرائق وإجراءات آلية التنمية النظيفة، يسجل المجلس تلقائياً أي نشاطٍ لمشروع طلب كيان تشغيلي معين تسجيله بعد ثمانية أسابيع من تاريخ تقديم الطلب (أو أربعة أسابيع بالنسبة لأنشطة المشاريع الصغيرة لآلية التنمية النظيفة) ما لم يطلب ثلاثة من أعضاء المجلس أو طرف معني بنشاط المشروع استعراض مسائل ترتبط بشروط المصادقة.
