Abdelkader Bensmail began his career in the Algerian diplomatic service and served his country with distinction.
لقد بدأ السيد عبد القادر بن اسماعيل حياته المهنية في السلك الدبلوماسي الجزائري وأدى لبلده خدمات جليلة.

Abdelkader Bensmail has always acted in a manner both effective and discreet.
وقد عمل السيد عبد القادر بن اسماعيل على الدوام بشكل فعال ومتسم بالتكتم.

We see in Mr. Bensmail a consummate product of the Algerian diplomatic service, the service in which he embarked on his professional career.
ونحن نرى في السيد بن اسماعيل نتاج الخدمة الدبلوماسية الجزائرية الفائقة. هذه الخدمة التي اختارها لحياته المهنية.

I have asked for the floor today on behalf of the members of the Western Group to express our regret and deep sadness over Mr. Bensmail's departure.
أنا طلبت الكلمة اليوم نيابة عن الأعضاء في المجموعة الغربية للتعبير عن أسفنا وأسانا لمغادرة السيد بن اسماعيل.

It is very difficult for me to add anything to the eloquent tributes already paid to Mr. Bensmail this morning.
ومن الصعب جداً عليَّ أن أضيف أي شيء إلى ما سبقني به غيري من الإشادة بعمل السيد بن اسماعيل هذا الصباح.

How reassuring it was to know that we could always count on Mr. Bensmail effortlessly to solve what seemed to us unfathomable mysteries.
