٢٣ - وعلى نحو ما أوصت به اللجنة المعنية بإجراءات مكافحة الفصل العنصري والتابعة لمؤتمر العمل الدولي، قرر مجلس إدارة منظمة العمل الدولية الدعوة الى عقد مؤتمر ثلاثي بشأن الجنوب الافريقي، والموافقة على عرض حكومة زمبابوي بعقد الاجتماع في هراري من ٥ الى ٨ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٢.
