In the interest of finding new ways of making the Common Space more effective, it may be beneficial to break it up into smaller groups engaging more intensively on specific issues and serving as either a complement to or substitute for the Common Space as it operated in Puerto Vallarta and Geneva.

The fourth meeting of the Forum, with the main theme " Partnerships for migration and human development: shared prosperity -- shared responsibility " , was convened by the Government of Mexico in Puerto Vallarta from 8 to 11 November 2010.
