34. By its decision 1/COP.5, the COP decided to establish the CRIC as a subsidiary body of the COP to assist it in regularly reviewing the implementation of the Convention, in order to draw conclusions and to propose to the COP concrete recommendations on further steps in the implementation of the Convention.
34- قرر مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب مقرره 1/م أ-5، إنشاء لجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية بوصفها إحدى الهيئات الفرعية لمؤتمر الأطراف بغية مساعدته في استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية بانتظام، من أجل استخلاص الاستنتاجات واقتراح توصيات محددة تُقدم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف بشأن اتخاذ المزيد من الخطوات في مجال تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

1. Decides to establish a committee for the review of the implementation of the Convention (CRIC) as a subsidiary body of the Conference of the Parties to assist it in regularly reviewing the implementation of the Convention;
1- يقرر إنشاء لجنة لاستعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية بوصفها إحدى الهيئات الفرعية لمؤتمر الأطراف بغية مساعدته على استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية بانتظام؛

5. By its decision 1/COP.5, the Conference of the Parties decided to establish the Committee for the Review of the Implementation of the Convention and defined its terms of reference as a subsidiary body of the Conference to assist it in regularly reviewing the implementation of the Convention.
5 - قرر مؤتمر الأطراف بموجب مقرره 1/م أ-5 إنشاء لجنة لاستعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية وحدد اختصاصها، بوصفها إحدى الهيئات الفرعية لمؤتمر الأطراف، بمساعدة المؤتمر على استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية بانتظام.

33. 2- قرر مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر، بموجب قراره 1/م أ-5، إنشاء لجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية بوصفها إحدى الهيئات الفرعية لمؤتمر الأطراف بغية مساعدته على استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية بانتظام.

2- كان مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر قد قرر، في قراره 1/م أ-5، إنشاء لجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية بوصفها إحدى الهيئات الفرعية لمؤتمر الأطراف بغية مساعدته على استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية بانتظام.

16. By its decision 1/COP.5, the COP decided to establish a committee for the review of the implementation of the Convention as a subsidiary body of the COP to assist it in regularly reviewing the implementation of the Convention and to adopt the terms of reference of the CRIC as contained in the annex to that decision.
16- وكان مؤتمر الأطراف قد قرر، في مقرره 1/م أ-5، إنشاء لجنة لاستعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية بوصفها إحدى الهيئات الفرعية لمؤتمر الأطراف بغية مساعدته على استعراض وتنفيذ الاتفاقية بانتظام، كما قرر اعتماد اختصاصات هذه اللجنة كما ترد في مرفق هذا المقرر.

By its decision 1/COP.5 the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification in those Countries Experiencing Serious Drought and/or Desertification, particularly in Africa decided to establish the Committee for the Review of the Implementation of the Convention and defined its terms of reference as a subsidiary body of the Conference to assist it in regularly reviewing the implementation of the Convention.
قـــرر مؤتمـــــر الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر في البلدان التي تعاني من الجفاف الشديد و/أو التصحر وبخاصة في أفريقيا، بموجب مقرره 1/م أ-5، إنشاء لجنة لاستعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية بوصفها إحدى الهيئات الفرعية للمؤتمر، وحدد اختصاصها بمساعدة المؤتمر على استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية بانتظام.
