12 - ونلاحظ مع التقدير أن مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية قام، بوصفه مركز التنسيق داخل منظومة الأمم المتحدة فيما يتعلق بالبلدان النامية غير الساحلية، بتقديم مساهمة في صياغة السياسات والتدابير التي ينبغي اتخاذها على مختلف الصعد فيما يتصل بالمشاكل التي تنفرد بها البلدان النامية غير الساحلية.

1. Reaffirms the role of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development as the focal point within the United Nations for the integrated treatment of development and interrelated issues in the areas of trade, finance, technology, investment and sustainable development;
أولا ١ - تؤكد من جديد دور مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية بوصفه مركز التنسيق داخل اﻷمم المتحدة للمعالجة المتكاملة لقضايا التنمية والقضايا المترابطة في مجالات التجارة والمالية والتكنولوجيا والاستثمار والتنمية المستدامة؛

أولا " ١ - تؤكد من جديد دور مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية بوصفه مركز التنسيق داخل اﻷمم المتحدة للمعالجة المتكاملة لقضايا التنمية والقضايا المترابطة في مجالات التجارة والمالية والتكنولوجيا والاستثمار والتنمية المستدامة؛

11- على الأونكتاد أن يساهم بشكل كبير في تحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية، وذلك بوصفه مركز التنسيق داخل الأمم المتحدة للتعامل المتكامل مع التنمية والمسائل المترابطة في مجالات التجارة، والمالية، والاستثمار، والتكنولوجيا، والتنمية المستدامة.

We stress our support to UNCTAD as the focal point within the United Nations for the integrated treatment of trade and development and the interrelated issues in the areas of finance, technology, investment and sustainable development, we welcome the decision of the General Assembly in its resolution 57/270B to include UNCTAD in the Monterrey Consensus follow-up mechanism.
21 - ونؤكد دعمنا للأونكتاد بوصفه مركز التنسيق داخل الأمم المتحدة فيما يتعلق بالمعالجة المتكاملة للتجارة والتنمية وللمسائل المترابطة في مجالات المالية والتكنولوجيا والاستثمار والتنمية المستدامة. ونرحب بقرار الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 57/270 باء بضم الأونكتاد إلى آلية متابعة توافق آراء مونتيري.

Reaffirms the role of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs of the Secretariat as the focal point within the overall United Nations system for advocacy for and coordination of humanitarian assistance among United Nations humanitarian organizations and other humanitarian partners;
13 - تؤكد من جديد دور مكتب تنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية التابع للأمانة العامة بوصفه مركز التنسيق داخل منظومة الأمم المتحدة بكاملها للدعوة من أجل تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية وتنسيقها فيما بين المنظمات الإنسانية التابعة للأمم المتحدة وسائر الشركاء العاملين في المجال الإنساني؛

20. We reiterate the important role of UNCTAD as the focal point within the United Nations for the integrated treatment of trade and development and interrelated issues in the areas of finance, technology, investment and sustainable development.
20 - ونحن نكرر تأكيد أهمية دور الأونكتاد بوصفه مركز التنسيق داخل الأمم المتحدة للمعالجة المتكاملة لقضايا التجارة والتنمية والقضايا ذات الصلة في مجالات التمويل والتكنولوجيا والاستثمار والتنمية المستدامة.

16 - تعيد تأكيد الدور الهام الذي يضطلع به مكتب تنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية التابع للأمانة العامة بوصفه مركز التنسيق داخل منظومة الأمم المتحدة بكاملها للدعوة من أجل تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية وتنسيقها فيما بين المنظمات الإنسانية التابعة للأمم المتحدة والشركاء الآخرين العاملين في المجال الإنساني؛

The medium-term plan should reflect the overall priority attached to the work of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) as the focal point within the United Nations system for the integrated treatment of development and interrelated issues in the areas of trade, finance, technology, investment and sustainable development.
١٠ - ينبغي للخطة المتوسطة اﻷجل أن تظهر اﻷولوية العامة الممنوحة ﻷعمال مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية )اﻷونكتاد( بوصفه مركز التنسيق داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة من أجل إدماج معالجة التنمية والقضايا المرتبطة بها في مجالات التجارة والمال والتكنولوجيا والاستثمار والتنمية المستدامة.

Member States reiterated that, as the focal point within the United Nations for the integrated treatment of trade and development and the interrelated issues in finance, technology, investment and sustainable development, UNCTAD is pre-eminently placed to examine these issues and to build consensus on policies in a globalizing world from a development perspective.
وأكدت الدول الأعضاء من جديد أن الأونكتاد، بوصفه مركز التنسيق داخل الأمم المتحدة للمعالجة المتكاملة لقضايا التجارة والتنمية والقضايا المترابطة في مجالات التمويل والتكنولوجيا والاستثمار والتنمية المستدامة، يتمتع بوضع متميز يمكنه من دراسة هذه القضايا وبناء توافق آراء بشأن السياسات من منظور إنمائي في عالم سائر في طريق العولمة.

113 - أعرب عن التأييد للبرنامج وما يقوم به مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية (الأونكتاد) من دور بوصفه مركز التنسيق داخل الأمم المتحدة الذي يضطلع بالمعالجة المتكاملة للتجارة والتنمية، كما تم التشديد على القضايا المترابطة في مجال التمويل والاستثمار والتكنولوجيا والتنمية المستدامة.
